❓ Can I be an affiliate and a member at the same time?
Yes. We understand that many affiliates are just as excited about real estate investing as they are about recurring revenue from affiliate status. We welcome and encourage every affiliate to be a member if they choose to.
❓ If I am an affiliate, do I get a discount on my membership dues?
No. As an affiliate you earn a commission on every member that you recruit, however you do not get a commission on your own membership. You do however gain as a member all of the benefits that come with membership, including discounts from trusted partners available only to members.
❓ Is there a cost to become or remain an affiliate?
Absolutely not! Becoming a REIKnowledge.com affiliate has no cost to engage not to keep the affiliate partnership active.
❓ Do you offer any marketing materials to help affiliates promote REIKnowledge.com membership?
Yes. The affiliate can access marketing materials after they have signed up to become an affiliate and login to the affiliate dashboard area.
❓ How can I make money as an affiliate?
Each affiliate can earn commissions in two ways for recruitment of REIKnowledge.com members. The affiliate will earn 25% commission of the membership dues for each new member that they recruit, as well as 5% commission for every new member that their recruited member recruits. This is referred to as a Two-Level Affiliate Program.
❓ Are the commissions earned a one-time pay-out or are they recurring?
The commissions paid to the affiliate are paid as a recurring fee as long as the member retains their paid membership status.
❓ When are the affiliate commissions paid?
The affiliate commissions are paid on or around the 15th of the month following the month that the membership dues are collected.
